Accessibility statement.

brentwelldigital.com is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This page says what that means here, what is measured, and how to tell us when something fails.

Commitments

  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 on every surface; the lightest text on light grounds is #5C5B63 at 6.54:1, and cream on dark is 16.5:1.
  • Component boundaries and focus indicators of at least 3:1; focus is a 2 px outline with a 2 px offset, always visible.
  • Targets of at least 48 px on every button, field and filter control, against the 24 px minimum.
  • Every content image carries descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Every animation and transition has a reduced-motion path: under prefers-reduced-motion: reduce all motion collapses to 0.01 ms. There is no scroll-jacking, no custom cursor and no autoplaying motion.
  • Forms have labels above the field, validate on blur, and report errors as an icon, a message and a border, never colour alone.
  • The site works with the keyboard alone, including the navigation menu, the FAQ and the form.

Measured

Contrast values are measured against the token file and published in Case 00. Core Web Vitals are measured at the 75th percentile from field data and published on the same page after 28 days of data; the budgets are LCP ≤ 2.0 s, INP ≤ 200 ms, CLS ≤ 0.05.

Known limits

The partners band on the home page moves on its own. It stops while the pointer rests on it, and it does not move at all if your system asks for reduced motion. It carries no on-screen pause control, so for a keyboard-only visitor who has not set that preference it does not meet SC 2.2.2. We record the exception rather than claim otherwise.

The Arabic route is written and mirrored with logical properties, but its copy has not yet been proofread by a second founder; the page carries that notice, and its inner pages are still English. No third-party embeds are used; if one is added, it is listed here with its conformance.
